We are a farm. We work with inspected processors to bring you fresh lamb products weekly.

The size of roasts, racks, chops & shanks will vary slightly depending on the size of the lambs throughout the seasons.

These are estimates, Exact prices are available after we pick up from the butcher Friday afternoons.

  3. rack of lamb (8 bones, not frenched) $65/kg racks range 40-$60 pending size

  4. 1/2 rack of lamb (same as #3 but with 4 bones)

  6. leg chops 1/pack ~$10-15 ($45/kg)

  7. shoulder roast bone in $38/kg 

  8. shoulder roast boneless $40/kg
